Sheriff Carolyn Welsh of Chester County, Pennsylvania published an op-ed in the Daily Local calling on Congress to pass ILLICIT CASH Act (S. 2563) to ensure local law enforcement can fulfill their duty to serve and protect.
The National Districts Attorneys Association published a letter endorsing the ILLICIT CASH Act (S. 2563) to bring an end to the abuse of the American financial and business sectors by anonymous shell companies.
The National Narcotic Officers’ Associations’ Coalition (NNOAC) sent a letter to the Senate endorsing the bipartisan ILLICIT CASH Act (S.2563), which would end the incorporation of anonymous companies in the U.S.
The NNOAC is comprised of 40 individual state narcotic associations representing more than 60,000 law enforcement officers from across the nation. NNOAC adds its name to the growing list of police and prosecutors that support legislation to combat the abuse of anonymous shell companies.
The Fraternal Order of Police sent a letter in support of the ILLICIT CASH Act (S. 2563) which includes a provision requiring the collection of beneficial ownership information.
The National District Attorneys Association sent a letter to lawmakers on the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services endorsing the bipartisan Corporate Transparency Act of 2019 (H.R.2513).
