Daniela Altamirano Crosby joins FACT in the position of Policy Fellow. A graduate of the University of Washington with a double major in Political Science and Spanish, Crosby is currently completing her Master of Arts in Strategy, Cybersecurity, and Intelligence Studies at Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.

With a deep commitment to advancing transparency and accountability in financial systems, Daniela has a background in legislative operations and policy development. Having previously served as the Director of Operations and Legislative Aide for a member of Congress, Daniela played a crucial role in shaping legislative initiatives and navigating the intricacies of policymaking. Daniela is deeply passionate about advocacy and social justice, and her commitment to empowering marginalized voices and addressing systemic inequalities is evident in both her professional and personal pursuits. She looks forward to utilizing her unique perspective and diverse skill set to contribute to FACT’s work, aiming to promote transparency and accountability in financial systems while advocating for those who face injustice without the means to voice their concerns on a global scale.
